Stella Barra is an artisanal pizzeria with an eclectic menu inspired by the idea of simple honest cooking paired with top quality ingredients.
Chef Jeff Mahin has developed a network of farms and purveyors to supply the restaurant with fresh-milled, 100% California flour for his handcrafted dough, as well as sustainably farmed organic produce, meats and cheeses.
From the Classic Margherita Pizza to the daily seasonal specials, fresh salads to rustic small plates including Fresh Local Burrata with wood-grilled grapes and Organic Pork Meatballs, each dish reflects Chef Mahin’s passion for sourcing the best quality, local ingredients available and presenting them simply.
To complement the menu, Stella Barra serves an extensive list of beers and ciders, carefully crafted cocktails and a wine list developed by Wine Director Ryan Arnold. The selection focuses on Italian varietals – celebrating the diversity and regionality that make Italian wines special – and also pays homage to Stella Barra’s West Coast roots, featuring a handful of California producers.
